May of us have used the old e-learning programs when we read all this text and it drives you up the wall. The old approach and I hate it, is the idea of sitting reading page after page as if we are stupid. Well OK we maybe stupid if we sit through it for long!
With the new multi-media world around us learning has evolved to be much smarter. A fantastic blog post from Jeff Goldman captures the don’ts of e-learning very well. Also some great replies to this post adding more ideas.
