Just read a fascinating article on open source LMS options. Moodle is the most widely used world wide and well known plus the alternative I know the best but I was interested in the assessemnt of Barry Sampson is his blog post.
After reading this I like the look of Open Elms from my initial glance but will wait to comment after I have evaluated it properly. Stay tunned for more details.
